Lingo's Office Assistant is included in the Home
Office 500, 2000, and Small Office Premium plans. It is a
communications tool bar which fully integrates with Microsoft
Outlook and Internet Explorer to give the convenience of managing
Lingo's calling features at a click of a button.
How does Office Assistant work?
Upon installing the Office Assistant software, a toolbar is
added to your Microsoft Outlook and Internet Explorer. Some
of the benefits and features include making calls directly
from your desktop, access to call controls (hold, transfer,
conference), receiving pop-up notification of placed and received
calls, and more.
