| Feature of the Month – Anonymous Call Rejection |
| Anonymous Call Rejection allows you to
reject calls from people who have blocked the display of their phone number. Callers
that are rejected are informed that you are not accepting calls from unidentified callers.
Your phone does not ring and you do not receive any indication that they called.
To set up this feature,
login
to your account, click on “Manage features”, click on “Incoming calls” and then click on “Anonymous Call Rejection”.

| Caller ID with Name Reminder
|

Many of our customers have
already activated the recently added Caller ID with Name calling feature. In
case you missed the announcement, Caller ID with Name strengthens the existing
Caller ID feature as it allows you to view both the phone number and the name
for each incoming call. This new calling feature is another way for you to
manage your phone calls and to easily personalize your Lingo calling experience.

If you haven’t activated the new Caller ID with Name feature, you can do so in three easy steps.
- Login to your account at www.lingo.com
- Click on Manage Features, then Incoming Calls
- Select Caller ID with Name to activate the feature.
