Call Transfer allows you to transfer a call even if your phone doesn't have a transfer feature. To transfer a call, flash the phone (press the flash button or press the hang up button once) then dial the number to which you would like to transfer the call. You can hang up as soon as the phone begins ringing or wait until the number answers -- either way the other parties are connected. When you hang up the phone the parties remain talking to each other.

To set up this feature, login to your account, click on “Manage features”, click on “More Call Features” and then click on “Call Transfer”.
