Where can I find the frequently asked questions and answers about Lingo's service?
Lingosupport.com is our customer self help center. There you can find a library of frequently asked questions about your Lingo service, as well as installation guides, 911 service information, phone feature guides, how to read your bill, and more.


What are the out of plan international and mobile rates?
For calls not included in your plan, such as calls to international landline and mobile phones, you will receive additional per minute charges in addition to your monthly subscription fee. The rates are subject to change with proper notification and can be found on lingo.com. Or click here to directly view the rates page.


How does the "refer a friend" promotion work?
Tell your family, friends and associates about Lingo and you both will receive a $25 credit toward your Lingo service! Refer as many people as you would like and receive unlimited credits! Plus, you will get the added benefit of having more family and friends in the Lingo network - where calls between subscribers are absolutely FREE regardless of which Lingo calling plan you are on.
