Here are instructions for 1-touch dialing (Speed Dial) for a variety of makes of cell phones.

Push the ‘+ * #’ button on the bottom left corner.
You will then see pause key, press the pause key, a comma appears.

Enter your destination number including the full country code

Save it in the address book
